Backup4all is powerful backup software used by NASA on the International Space Station that can be used to back up your personal or business data to the cloud, download it instantly and start protecting your data.
Backup4all is a feature-rich backup software that automatically protects your important data from total or partial loss. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use for beginners, but advanced features for advanced users are also included. You can use it to back up from the cloud and back up to the cloud or other source/destination.
Backup4all is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista, Server 2022/2019/2016/2012/2008 (32/64-bit)
With Backup4all, you can easily make backups from multiple sources/destinations:
Key features
Back up your data in the cloud to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, BOX, Hidrive, Hubic, and over 37 Amazon S3-compatible cloud destinations (i.e. Backblaze, Cisco, Google Cloud Storage, Tiscali, Verizon).
Starting in version 9, you can use files and folders in a cloud location or FTP/SFTP server as a backup source.
You can load plugins to backup or restore settings or other custom data (like game saves, email data, etc.) for a specific program. The plugin is actually an XML file that adds predefined backups once imported into Backup4all.
There are currently 228 free backup plugins available. You can load these in Backup4all to make it easier to back up specific applications and datasets.
Backup4all can be backed up using the incremental backup type. Incremental backups provide a faster way to back up data than running a full backup. During an incremental backup, only files that have changed since the most recent backup are included. It has the advantage of having the shortest time required to complete.
Monitor backups remotely
Backup4all Monitor provides real-time and historical monitoring of what Backup4all is doing on a remote computer. You can remotely monitor backup/test/restore and cleanup job operations from any client computer that has Backup4all installed.
Backup4all Monitor has two components:
The server collects monitoring information sent to it from all client computers that have Backup4all installed and configured to send data. Servers can be installed on your own network or on cloud servers such as Amazon S3/Azure.
The dashboard provides a graphical user interface for analyzing data stored and managed by the Backup4all monitoring server. It can be installed on the same computer as the monitoring server or on a different computer because it is able to connect remotely. The dashboard is free to use.
