Delivery methods


Our home delivery service covers the whole of Hong Kong. Additional delivery time and handling fees are required for the following locations:
• Hong Kong remote areas, Ma Wan, outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, etc.), Lantau Island, and restricted areas of the airport.
*A small number of large-sized products may not be delivered to remote areas, please contact us for details.
* For tenement buildings or residences that need to be moved up the stairs, additional stair fees and moving fees may be charged. It is recommended that you check with our customer service officer for delivery details before purchasing.

Delivery charges and applicable areas

Delivery fee is based on product quantity:

  • Purchase of laptops, desktops, tablets, other electronic products: even if the same order, and arrange for same-day delivery;
  • The total delivery fee is generally $50-150 (depending on the size of the product) for orders that do not exceed 500 yuan in the shopping product category.

    The delivery fee will not be refunded if the delivery is unsuccessful due to the following reasons in the "Delivery Process". Guests must contact us, or choose to visit the pick-up center to pick up the goods, or re-pay the delivery fee to arrange delivery.

    We charge additional delivery fees for the following (including but not limited to):

    • delivery address is in remote areas, such as Discovery Bay , Ma Wan, Airport, Tung Chung. There will be an additional toll of $150 (including tunnel and bridge tolls);
    • request a specified delivery time;
    • The delivery address is not accessible by road. For example, the address of a fenced village/village house can only be arranged for delivery at the entrance of the village or at a place where parking is possible; if the delivery staff needs to walk into the village, an additional fee of $100 will be charged;
    • If the unit at the delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator (such as a tenement building), it must be settled on the ground; if the delivery staff needs to arrange to go upstairs, a fee of $50 will be charged:
    • A floor is counted as 13 steps; if the floor is less than 13 steps, it will be charged as one floor;
    • If the floor has 14 – 26 steps, an additional $50 will be charged, and so on;
    • If there are steps between the building entrance of the delivery address and the elevator, the above method will also be charged;
    • Depending on the volume and quantity of the product delivered, additional charges apply.

    Self-pickup procedure at the pick-up point:
    • The pickup location is displayed on the checkout page
    • After the package arrives at the pick-up point, the customer will receive an email or SMS , please follow the instructions to pick up the package at the selected location
    after they arrive at the smart locker 30 , the dispatcher will collect the goods at any time
    • If the order amount is less than HK$500 , the delivery fee will be charged for self-pickup service at the pickup point
    3  store self-pickup
    Self-pickup in store, simple and fast.
    When the product is ready for pickup, the system will send an email notification, and the customer can pick up the product at the store by showing the email.

     

    Delivery process

    Please make sure that the shipping contact information provided is correct. If the delivery address has designated opening hours, lunch and closing hours, please submit it before delivery.

    It is recommended that customers log in to the online customer service platform to check the latest status of the goods before the delivery period to see if there is any unread latest delivery information.

    There is no early delivery for this promotion.

    The exact delivery time (am/pm time) will be confirmed by the delivery staff when calling the recipient before delivery; no delivery service will be provided on public holidays and non-office hours.

    If the delivery arrangement is changed or delayed due to traffic conditions or bad weather, the delivery staff will contact the recipient again to reconfirm the delivery arrangement.

    The delivery staff will call the recipient again to confirm the delivery arrangement before delivery.

    If the delivery address is not directly accessible by lift (eg tenement building), the delivery staff will only arrange for ground delivery of the goods.

    The delivery staff will deliver the goods within the time period confirmed with the recipient by telephone earlier. Please note that the delivery staff will not wait more than 15 minutes for each delivery.

    Before delivery, delivery staff will check the identity document with the recipient.

    Re-delivery will not be arranged if delivery is delayed or missed due to:

    • On the date and time period confirmed by the delivery staff, the recipient is not at the delivery address;
    • Incorrect or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer (e.g. contact number or delivery address);
    • The shipping address provided has no relevant recipient.

    If you need to reschedule the delivery due to the above situation, you must contact the customer service department, pay the delivery fee again, or arrange for the campus (if any) or the pick-up center to pick up the goods.

    Before delivery, delivery staff will check the identity document with the recipient.

     

    15th Shopping Guarantee Terms

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

    • Counted arrival products are the same as shown on the delivery note
    • The packaging of the goods is intact; if the packaging is damaged, it must be reported immediately

    Any loss or damage afterwards will not be accepted.

    Laptop/Tablet 15-Day Shopping Guarantee: Customers can enjoy 15-day Shopping Guarantee for laptops and tablet PCs purchased in this campaign, which covers screen dead spots/bright spots (excluding tablets) and hardware problems. If the customer finds that the purchased laptop and tablet have hardware problems during the purchase protection period, the customer can choose:

      • Bring the goods to the technical support desk set up in the receiving center and submit them to the technicians for inspection and confirmation, and then apply for a replacement;

    Venue: COMPUTERHOME Collection Center (Unit D, 8/F, Jingrui Phase 2, Shek Mun, Shatin, Hong Kong)

    • COMPUTERHOME's customer service staff will reply as soon as possible and provide relevant inspection arrangements.
    • All replacement items must retain full packaging and complete items and receipts. Any omission or man-made damage will not be accepted.
    • Remarks: The replacement time depends on the quantity of the goods at that time, generally 28 working days.

    For laptops/tablets and other products, maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the relevant manufacturers. 15 days after the purchase of the goods, if there is any problem, the customer can directly contact the relevant third-party manufacturer with the receipt.
